What do you do with an entire generation who was born with technology in their hands, where content creation is second nature? You build a program that embraces Gen Z’s multifaceted, multi-talented capabilities. You get rid of traditional singular job functions and give them the opportunity to access their full potential without limiting them to one department.
Interns for The Pupil Project will have the opportunity to support ALL agency departments with actual client work and gain real hands-on experience. This will set a foundation to prepare pupils for the second part of the program, which will focus on a pitch.

ANNA MARIE PENAGOS
“This internship stands out from other internship opportunities and programs in that you are seen from the beginning as a somebody with potential no matter what background, experience or skill sets you come with or without. No idea of ours was ever turned down or written off, everything was accepted as a “yes, and..” Even sitting in the lunch area was such a great way to open our perspectives and learn, which is far from the typical internship in miami.”
KALANI ROCH
“The Pupil Project is different from other internship programs because interns are able to express themselves in a way that is encouraged and we were challenged to work together in order to succeed.”
BRI SUAREZ
“The biggest agency lessons I took away from the Pupil Project is the importance of making a comfortable workplace in which creativity and collaboration can thrive and the importance of meeting people halfway – learning how to work in a group leaving your ego at the door.“
STEPHANIE MARTINEZ
“ The 3rd Eye accepted me when I was trying to make a career track change. I really like the format of the internship in terms of hours, mentorship, independent tasks, and realistic group project.”
